We only sell goods to customers who are at least 18 years old.

For business relationships between LES DEUX and the user (referred to as ”customer”), the following terms and conditions apply exclusively in the current version at the time of order.

Conclusion of the Contract

The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation for the customers to place an order with LES DEUX. By clicking the “Buy” button in the checkout flow, customers agree to buy the goods in the cart, and this order is legally binding. After clicking the "Buy" button in the checkout flow, changes to the order (e.g. changes to the shipping address or cancellation) can be attempted, but are not guaranteed. The customer receives an order confirmation and acceptance via email immediately after the order is transmitted. But LES DEUX reserves the right to limit the method of payment chosen by the customer depending on order value, shipment region or other objective criteria.

Personal information & communication

When you place an order in our webshop you will be asked to inform us about your name, phone number, e-mail address and home address. Besides this information we also collect information about your purchase and your payment info.

We only use this information to process your order. Your e-mail address is used to send you an order confirmation. Your name, address and phone number is placed on a label that we put on the package with your order in it. It might occur that we, or our shipping agency, use this information to contact you if there are any questions or issues with the processing or shipment of your order.

We use the online payment platform Shopify Payments, which guarantees 3D Secure approval payment.

The purchase amount is not withdrawn from your account until the order has been shipped. For some cards, there will be reservations before the actual capture of the payment.

Prices, Duties & Taxes

All prices on the webshop are end prices.

All customs duties and import taxes are included in your total price. We ship under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, meaning no further charges will be requested at delivery.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are determined at checkout, and they are based on the destination of the products. The actual delivery of the products is performed by our shipping partners, and events outside our- or our partners’ control may delay the products’ arrival. LES DEUX can therefore not be held liable for late deliveries.

If the delivery estimate has been passed, please wait 48 hours to allow for unforeseen delays to resolve. If the products have still not arrived after 48 hours, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
Dispatch time: If you place your order before 1pm, it will be sent the same day. Placing orders after 1pm will be sent the next work day. (If you place an order over the weekend or Friday after 1pm it will be sent Monday).

Tracking and order confirmation: All orders will have a tracking number and order confirmation linked to the order.

Free shipping costs for Orders above200$:

USA & Canada: Free

Rest of World: Location-specific

Islands/remote areas may be charged a shipping fee

For orders below 200$ and location-specific regions, the shipping price will be shown during checkout when the shipping address has been entered.

Changes to your order
Contact customer service right after placing the order, if the order has not shipped you can cancel your order. If the order is shipped the customer service team will inform the customer to add a new order and the original order will be stopped from the courier and returned.

Damages in Transit

In case packaging and/or products that are delivered to you are obviously damaged, please immediately file a complaint at the forwarder directly and inform us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us does not have any influence on your legal warranty claim, but it will help us to assert our own claims towards the forwarder.

Missing products

If one or more products are missing from your order upon delivery, then please contact our customer service.

Missing product claims must be made within 7 calendar days of parcel receipt

Return policy

If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for items from your order, and we recommend placing a new order on our website instead. If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will, of course, exchange it for the correct and intact item.

You can expect to receive your refund within 1-4 business days after the package has been returned to our warehouse.

The condition of the product

It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a condition where they can be resold without any depreciation of value and not used at all

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase you will receive a full refund within 14 days after the products have arrived to us. The purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded with the same payment method as the one you used during your purchase unless you inform us explicitly otherwise.

Right of complaint

The Danish Sale of Goods Act rules about deficiency apply to products bought from LES DEUX.

When you place an order with us you have 2 years right of complaint on the products you have purchased. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or a discount in price, depending on the particular situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the deficiency is not caused by incorrect use of the product, damaging behaviour, or normal wear and tear.

You have to file your complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the deficiency or defect in the product. If you file your complaint within two months of the purchase, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product always has to be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the return, so we can refund your shipping costs.[7]

Right to complain about your purchase

If you wish to complain about your purchase you can contact us at Customercare@lesdeux.com. If we do not find a solution you can file a complaint to European Online Dispute Resolution on their website.
