If your item has a defect upon delivery, if it is damaged, or if it has other issues, you can report your complaint here.

Register your complaint using your order number. You can find this in the order confirmation, that you received when finishing the purchase. Attach clear pictures of the defect and describe the issue as best as you can. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, we kindly ask that you reach out to them first regarding your complaint before registering it in our portal.
