Would you like to return an item?

1. Register your return in our portal here using your email address and order number.

2. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

3. Pack the items in their original packaging and include this delivery note.

4. Use the return label you received during registration. A fee of 10 USD will be deducted from your refund for using this label.

5. Drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point.

6. Keep the drop-off receipt as proof of return.

Returnpolicy

If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for items from your order, and we recommend placing a new order on our website instead. If you receive an incorrect item or a defective product, we will, of course, exchange it for the correct and intact item.

You can expect to receive your refund within 1-4 business days after the package has been returned to our warehouse.
