Please visit the gift card page in our shop and choose the amount you'd like to add to your card. A gift card cannot be purchased using discount codes.

Your gift card is valid for three years. If you'd like a specific date, please contact our Customer Care team.

Please follow our standard returns procedure outlined above. Your credit will be transferred back to the same gift card, minus any return shipping fees, which you can find on our delivery page.

If the gift card is connected to a customer account, the balance can be reviewed by using the link received in the gift card email. For customers without an account, please contact customercare@lesdeux.com.
